Terms and Conditions
1.By requesting the use of the valuation service, the applicant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2.Personal data will be used by the Company only for the following or related purposes: to consider whether to approve the applicant's use of the property valuation service (the "Valuation Service"); to provide or introduce the Company's financial or related services to the applicant; or to assist the Company in conducting market research.
3.The Valuation Service is for reference and indicative purposes only.
4.If the applicant submits a loan application after obtaining the Valuation Service, the Company reserves the right to require a further valuation of the property and to impose other terms and conditions on the application. (
5.Regardless of whether the applicant relies on the Valuation Service in deciding to purchase or intending to purchase the relevant property, the Company shall in no event be liable for any damage or loss incurred by the applicant in using the Valuation Service to purchase or attempt to purchase the property. The applicant hereby acknowledges that if he/she/they rely on the Instant Valuation Service, he/she/they shall bear all losses and/or risks, if any.
6.You shall not interfere with the Valuation Service through any device, software or computer program.
7.In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
